	Sunday, November 9, 2008 2:00pm Chan Centre for the Performing Arts at UBC 6265 Crescent Rd., Vancouver, BC A joint concert with the White Rock Children's Choir and featuring Dee Daniels The "BC150 - We Will Remember" concert pays tribute in song to the fur traders, miners, fishermen, loggers, railway men, aboriginals and pioneers involved in the founding and developing of British Columbia over the last 150 years. The concert is equally a remembrance of those who served their country in the turbulent war years of the 20th century to ensure our prosperity and cultural development. The Vancouver Orpheus Male Voice Choir hosts this afternoon performance with Vancouver jazz, blues and pops soloist Dee Daniels whose rich vocals will complement a selection of Orpheus songs. The White Rock Children's Choir, will add their youthful exuberance to the event. The program will highlight songs by BC and Canadian composers and arrangers.
